Using Johnson Matthey Price Chart Graphs in a Presentation
Windows 9x/NT/2000/XP
Internet Explorer 4+
- Using your mouse, right click on the chart in Internet Explorer and select "Save Picture As..." from the resultant menu that is displayed.
- Choose an appropriate file name and folder on your computer and save the image (.jpg file extension).
- Open up the presentation programme of your choice and insert the file you have just created into the presentation. For example, to do this in MS Powerpoint 97+, go to the Menu, select "Insert", then select "Picture", then select "From File", then choose the file you have just saved. This will insert the chart into your presentation.
OR
- Using your mouse, right click on the chart in Internet Explorer and select "Copy" from the resultant menu that is displayed. This copies the image to your clipboard.
- Open up the presentation programme of your choice and insert the clipboard contents you have just created by right-clicking on the presentation and selecting "Paste" from the resultant menu. Alternatively, in MS Powerpoint 97+, for example, go to the Menu, select "Edit", then select "Paste". This will insert the clipboard contents into your presentation.
OR
- Using your mouse, left click on the chart in Internet Explorer and then drag this directly into your presentation.
Netscape 4+ / 6+
- Using your mouse, right click on the chart in Netscape and select "Save Image As..." from the resultant menu that is displayed.

- Using your mouse, click on the chart in Internet Explorer holding your mouse key down for a period until a menu is displayed next to the mouse pointer.
- Select "Download Image to Disk" from the resultant menu that is displayed.
- Choose an appropriate file name and folder on your computer and save the image.
- Open up the presentation programme of your choice and insert the file you have just created into the presentation. For example, to do this in MS Powerpoint 98+, go to the Menu, select "Insert", then select "Picture", then select "From File", then choose the file you have just saved.
