Just a few weeks after the marriage between the new Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, there is another royal wedding on the horizon.

Zara Philips and Mike Tindall are to wed in Edinburgh in July, where people will get a chance to spot her platinum engagement ring.

Rugby player Tindall presented Zara with the solitaire diamond ring set in platinum with diamond shoulders in December.

Eschewing the sort of family heirloom that Prince William opted for, Tindall designed the ring himself.

Prince William proposed with the platinum and sapphire engagement ring that belonged to his mother Diana.

For her wedding day, Kate Middleton also wore a platinum and diamond Halo tiara by Cartier that was lent to her by the Queen.

To match this headpiece, she sported a pair of platinum and diamond earrings designed by Robinson Pelham.
