Tiffany's & Co is turning over the window displays at its flagship stores to honour the glitz and glamour of Hollywood through the ages.

The jewellery maker is dedicating separate window displays to each decade from the 1930s to the 1970s in the run-up to this year's Academy Awards.

Five separate displays featuring a range of platinum and diamond jewellery pieces have been created by stylist Rachel Zoe.

The 1930s window dressing features a peacock's feather amid a "sea" of black glass beads and Tiffany's diamond and platinum jewels inspired by the Art Deco period.

"To see my interpretation of glamour and luxury unveiled in Tiffany's windows is an amazing experience," said Ms Zoe said.

"Tiffany is one of the most iconic American brands, and I am honoured by this wonderful opportunity."

The window displays can be seen at Tiffany & Co flagship stores in New York, Beverly Hills, Hong Kong, Tokyo, Singapore and London.
