In the men's jewellery category, first place went to Philippe Tournaire for his creation Free.
Second prize was awarded to Paolo Piovan for Scorpion, while TTF picked up third place with The Emotional Compass.
Unqiue by Picchiott took the top award in the bridal category, followed in second by Vendetta by Gebrueder Schaffrath and Hans D Krieger's Prime of Life in third.
Roberto Coin's Animalier - a platinum sea turtle - was first in the trends section, while second place went to Jochen Pohl. Isabelle Langlois finished third for Manchette.
PGI UK managing director Ruth Donaldson presented the winners with their awards at the show in Basel.
It comes as Johnson Matthey announces the winners of its new Sustainable Design Awards, which also recognise the work of jewellers working with platinum.
