Eva La Rue sporting a stunning platinum wedding ring when she tied the knot with long-time partner Joe Cappuccio recently, Style News Now reports.

The 'CSI: Miami' star showed off the handmade, three-marquise band, which features stone of 1.5 carats each and was designed by New York-based jeweller Shenoa & Co.

La Rue had also been seen wearing a four-carat handmade platinum engagement ring, which was adorned with white stones and pink diamonds.

A handcrafted pair of platinum high-heeled shoes created in the UK are now available from £100,000.

The Eternal Borgezie Diamond Stilettos, which were designed by Christopher Michael Shellis, were assayed and hallmarked by the Birmingham Assay Office and are encrusted with 2,200 brilliant-cut diamonds, totalling 30 carats.

Emily Blunt and John Krasinski have tied the knot at a ceremony in Como, Italy, Us Magazine has confirmed.

Krasinski proposed to the British actress with a three-carat Edwardian diamond and platinum ring, worth about $100,000 and designed by Neil Lane.

Venus and Serena Williams were among a group of tennis players to receive special platinum rings after a recent event, the Washington Post reports.

The American duo were part of the Washington Kastles team which triumphed in the TeamTennis Pro League, alongside Leander Paes, Rennae Stubbs, Scott Oudesma, Olga Puchkova, Nadia Petrova and coach Murphy Jensen.

Designed by team owner Mark Ein, the commemorative rings featured the players' names engraved on one side, plus the team's logo and the 'Refuse to Lose' banner.

An amputee has proposed to his partner with a platinum ring partially made from his shin bone, the News of the World reports.

Mike Perrett, who lost his leg after an accident four years ago, commissioned top London jeweller Ingle and Rhode to produce the ring.

Crafted from platinum and inlaid with two pieces of the 25-year-old's bone and a quarter-carat diamond, the piece is worth £1,500.
