Pamela Anderson, Kelly Osbourne and Rose McGowan have been taking part in a major new drive to promote palladium jewellery.

They took part in a photo shoot in Los Angeles recently as part of the Palladium Alliance International's (PAI) new marketing campaign, according to JCK. All three wore palladium designs by Todd Reed, Andrew Meyer and Zeghani.

"Each celebrity represents a different style, and holds a position of style authority in Hollywood," said Ellen Fruchtman, who is leading the PAI media drive.

"We also acknowledge that all three celebrities make a conscious effort to stay physically fit and look for jewellery they can wear throughout their busy days."

PAI is sponsored by Stillwater Mining Company in Montana, the only primary producer of palladium in the US.

The new campaign is designed to promote palladium not only to consumers, but also to jewellers and designers.

Sales and education consultant for the PAI Kate Peterson said earlier this year: "If they are working with the metal, we'll work with them to get the metal sold."
