One of the world's largest manufacturers of electro-analytical instruments has announced it has introduced a new range of heavy-duty amplified process electrodes for 'aggressive applications'.

The product, which is made by American company Hanna Instruments, includes the new feature of a platinum sensor.

According to Hanna the built-in 3-wire PT100 sensor enables 'automatic temperature compensation' to negotiate a range of specific applications.

As a result of the new technology, which the company plans to market worldwide, the electrodes are more durable and offer greater reliability.
